Winamac Youth Scedule May 21, 2009

I emailed this to all the Winamac Youth and leaders, but also wanted to post it here for those of you who would like to know what we’re up to!

May 22–Lock in at the LifePlex in Plymouth. We will be meeting at the church at 7:30 to go! If you’d like to go, talk Chris Miller (I’m not sure if there are tickets left or not)

May 31–Movie Night at the Johnson’s house from 5-8 pm. (Transformers!)

June 27–Transformers 2 outing! Time & Place: TBA

July 1-3–Youth Camp

July 12–Impact Meeting in Plymouth (2-4pm)

July 18–Lake Fest in Culver, meet at the church at 6 pm

August 8–World Pulse Festival (TBD)

August 9–Impact Meeting in Plymouth (2-4pm)

September 12–Rock Fest in Rochester

Women’s Weekly “Craft” Social May 17, 2009

Hey ladies!

Last Thursday, I went over to Jeanne Newman’s house with Mary Jane Rhodes and Debbie Duhnovsky. As we talked about church, family, friends, and just our lives in general, Jeanne quilted, Debbie made an adorable birthday book for her granddaughter, Mary Jane put together a recipe book, and I crocheted (sort of). I’ll admit that with all the conversing, I didn’t crochet much. =)

However, it was so fun, that we decided we want to do it again…only this time…we want YOU to come too!

Join us for some fun and fellowship this Thursday at 10 am. Bring a craft (or anything, really) and be prepared to enjoy some quality time with good friends.

Happy Mother’s Day! May 11, 2009

Hey everybody!

Service was pretty great today! Great music, great message, great gifts for the moms…just an all around great day! =) I didn’t get to enjoy it as much as I would’ve liked, being in the sound booth, but Kevin and I were happy to give Dave and Elaine a break and let them enjoy the Mother’s Day service. It was a blessing to us all.

I hope all the mothers had a blessed Mother’s Day today! We love and appreciate you all so much!
