Let’s get excited for TECHNOLOGY!!! =)

*This blog was stolen by Pastor Heath from Plymouth’s blog. Thanks for the stolen material, Heath! =)*

Thursday April 30, May 7, and May 14, at the Winamac campus, COTH ministries are hosting mid-week video teachings called Heartland United.  Each week a different COTH pastor will be broadcasting live from their campus or home.  Mark your calendars and plan on being part of this new avenue of reaching people through technology!

If you can’t make it to church, church will come to you.  On these dates starting at 7PM, you can watch it live on Mogulus.  Here is a link.  www.mogulus.com/churchoftheheartland We will be using great COTH teachers with the message that is burning in their heart.  There will be time set apart for interaction and relationship, not just a message.

This will be LIVE and you can ask questions from home or at the local churches through Mogulus.

If you need a shot of FAITH in the middle of the week, well here it is.

See ya there! =)

Ok, so I think I figured out how to add myself to this thing. LOL! Therefore I will no longer be using Pastor John’s name to blog, it will be my own!

I feel like it’s official now. =)

Love and blessings to all!

P.S. I also have a separate blog that I’ll be doing on my own just for fun. Feel free to visit! (http://tristacothblogger.wordpress.com/)

IS ANYONE OUT THERE?!?! April 23, 2009

Filed under: Uncategorized — johnduhnovsky @ 1:32 pm

Ok, so when Jeanne asked me to start doing the blog, I was totally psyched! I love blogging! I get to talk away and, whoever reads it, has to listen! =)

So, people have been coming up to me in church telling me what a wonderful job I’m doing blogging. But if you’re reading them, WHY AREN’T YOU COMMENTING??? But then, as I was talking to Chris Miller Sunday night, I found out that she’s having the same problem! Now, I’m sorry. But if Chris can’t get anyone to comment on her blog, what chance do I have? I do have to give props to Heath, Misti, and Jeanne, who occasionally comment, but that list is pretty short! I also understand that “leaving comments” is not everyone’s cup of tea, but for those of you who don’t mind leaving an encouraging word, it would help TREMENDOUSLY!!!

So, look alive people! At least pretend like you read what I blog about! LOL! It would be great to know that I’m not blogging for nothing! =)

Ok, so there’s my rant for today. LOL! Comments, please!!!!!!!!!

It’s Friday, but Sunday’s coming! April 10, 2009

Filed under: Uncategorized — johnduhnovsky @ 9:25 pm

They call today “Good Friday”. Why is it “good”? Because it’s the Friday before Easter. The Friday that Jesus died on the cross for you and I. Tonight, at 7 pm in Winamac, is the Good Friday service and it is going to ROCK YOUR SOCKS OFF!!! From silly videos, to powerful songs, this service will be anything but boring, anything but quiet, and nothing short of spectacular! JOIN US!!!

Also, this Sunday is our Easter service. It too will be an extremely powerful, amazing service. It starts at 9 am. See you there!!!

Remember, Jesus died for you…then, He rose to give you hope!!! THANK YOU, JESUS!!!
